In addition the mini-VGA port was upgraded to mini-DVI, and the two USB ports were upgraded to USB 2.0. Thed PowerBook G4 (12" DVI) shipped in both Combo Drive and SuperDrive configurations, each with 256 MB of RAM and a 40 GB hard drive.
